Why did you double bill or charge me the wrong amount?

If you feel you were double charged, or billed the wrong amount - please open up a ticket with our billing department as soon as possible and we'll get it fixed up.  Please do not submit a PayPal dispute, or Credit Card chargeback as your account will be terminated and marked as fraud.
