Why does my IP show I'm in the US if I purchased Europe hosting?

Those websites that tell you what country your IP from are not reliable.   They show who owns the IP, and where their offices are, not the location of the server.  We own our own IPs, therefore it will always show the IP is based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
