What's the difference between PayPal and PayPal Balance?

In the majority of cases, you will want to pay via PayPal, which will automatically charge you every month for service.  If you wish to manually pay every month, or don't have a bank account or credit card linked to your PayPal account, you can use PayPal balance, which allows you to pay from your PayPal balance.
